T1600-D line
T1600-D line has servo transfer and 5 station of metal mold design, possible to forge bearing and gear blank.
This machine doesn't accurate re-heat billet. Re-heat billet is cooling on the returnable conveyer, it directly goes back to turn on heater. We decrease re-heat billet such a method. In addition, product protects from scratch because of air cooling on the conveyer in process.



T3000-K line
Due to the adoption of servo transfer and 5-station, this line can forge shafts, hubs and thin-wall products. Maximum forging diameter is 180mm.

Orbital Forging Press
Orbital Forging Press is a rolling press to form a whole shape by repeating orbital pressing. Because the pressure is applied locally, its load is only 1/5 ~ 1/10 of that of conventional forging press. Also by combining that with a rolling machine, it helps improving the yield and it excels in producing net shape products such as tooth form.


Hot Rolling B/C
Hot rolling machine is suitable for producing thin-wall and tallproducts, and it made possible significant reduction of the machining allowance of inner diameter which was impossible with the conventional forging process.

Heat Treatment Equipment
Heat treatment is applied to change the forged products into the properties which are suitable to purposes of the next process such as cool working or machining. Heat treatment available here is spheroidizing annealing, annealing and low-temperature annealing.
